The desert blooms

I love living in Arizona.  The recent rains have made the desert bloom.  I made 6 batches of prickly pear jelly last week.  It is amazing to be able to turn

That is amazing! How long does the process take from picking the fruit all the way to where it's ready to make the jelly?
